OC San’s 2024/2025 Annual Report is now out, showcasing our continued commitment to protecting public health and the environment.

Over the past fiscal year, OC San has celebrated significant milestones, including the launch of RISE (Resource Innovation for a Sustainable Environment). The RISE program highlights the cutting-edge technologies we’re using to advance our work in four key areas: water, energy, solids, and air.

We’ve also invested $245 million in infrastructure upgrades, such as the Plant No. 1 Headworks Rehabilitation and the Plant No. 2 Primary Clarifiers Replacement. These projects, and many others, ensure our sewer system remains reliable, efficient, and ready for the future.
